The underfloor heating in the house was a real treat, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay. the host, Selina, was incredibly attentive and always there to make sure everything went smoothly. She provided clear instructions on how to find the house and even left a welcome hamper filled with high-quality food items, which was a delightful surprise.
The bathroom could have been bigger and could have had more racks for toiletries. It was a bit cramped and inconvenient to organize our belongings.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivythorpe Coach House Villa in the Cotswolds. The setting was absolutely lovely and it was the perfect location for our walking adventures. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The living area provided plenty of space for the four adults in our group. We were pleasantly surprised when Selina dropped by to say hello, adding a personal touch to our stay. Additionally, the coach house had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket.
Absolutely nothing! 😊

We had a wonderful break away in the countryside at Ivythorpe Coach House! The house was cosy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The surroundings were gorgeous and tranquil, great to fully embrace the countryside vibe. Plus, being just a short drive away from the city centre, we had the best of both worlds - easy access to shops and attractions while still enjoying the peace and beauty of the countryside. We loved taking picturesque walks that conveniently led to charming pubs along the way, and the warm hearty dinner at the wonderful little pub at the end of the road was the perfect way to end our day.

Loved the free private parking, because I definitely didn't want to leave my car on the streets and have to walk a whole 5 minutes to the train station. The seating area in the holiday home was so cozy, I almost fell asleep there.
Oh, and who needs towels in a holiday home anyway? Definitely not me, I love drying myself with air.

I recently stayed at Ivythorpe in Bath for my wedding with my bridesmaids. It was absolutely incredible! The stunning architecture, lovely interiors, and comfortable accommodations made our stay special. The owner, Selina, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with a surprise hamper and flowers. The property is well-equipped for cooking and has high quality appliances. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage for its stunning views, convenient location, and Selina's exceptional hospitality.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
